Your Questions, Answered with Care

At AngelCare Services Australia, we’re here to ensure you feel informed and confident about your journey with us. Our FAQ section addresses the most common questions about our services, the NDIS, and how we can support you or your loved ones. If you have additional questions, our team is always here to assist.
What is the NDIS, and how can it benefit me?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides support for individuals with disabilities. It offers funding for services like therapy, personal care, and community participation to help you achieve your goals.

Are you an NDIS registered provider?

Yes, we are a fully registered NDIS provider, which means we meet all the quality and safety standards set by the NDIS to ensure that you receive the best possible care and services.

How do I start the process of accessing NDIS support?

To get started, you’ll need to complete an intake process where we gather information about your needs. This helps us ensure we’re the right provider for you and that we have the appropriate Support Workers to assist you.

Can I choose my Support Workers?

Yes! We believe in empowering our clients to choose Support Workers who they feel comfortable with and who can best assist them in meeting their goals.

How are the costs of NDIS services covered?

NDIS services are funded by your NDIS plan. If you have funding in your plan for certain types of support, those costs will be covered. We’ll work with you to ensure services are delivered within your available funding.

How do I know if I’m eligible for the NDIS?

To be eligible for the NDIS, you must have a permanent and significant disability that affects your ability to participate in everyday activities. You can apply through the NDIS to determine your eligibility.

What types of services do you provide?

We offer a wide range of services, including personal care, therapy, community participation, transport assistance, and employment support, tailored to your individual needs.

What is the intake process, and how long does it take?

Our intake process involves an initial meeting to understand your goals and needs. This usually takes 30 minutes to an hour, and we will then match you with the appropriate Support Workers and services.

What happens if I’m not happy with my Support Worker?

If you’re not satisfied with your Support Worker, we will work with you to find a better match. We strive to ensure you receive the best possible support.

How can I provide feedback or make a complaint about services?

We welcome your feedback and are committed to improving our services. You can contact us directly to share your thoughts, and we will address any concerns promptly and professionally.
